TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bali Karma in the following T&C’S will also known as “us”, the customer will also be known as “you”.

All our prices are quoted in Australian Dollars – AUD please note that these prices are subject to change as they are linked to the $US.

Although we try to ensure everything is listed properly, mistakes can happen, we reserve the right to correct any pricing if they have been listed with a mistake.

Our stock prices may vary slightly on different containers as it depends on the value of the US dollar when buying stock.

Stock is limited & always changing each container, if we are out of stock we will advise you ASAP & note it on our webpage. We do not take the photo off the website as any stock can be acquired for you.

Please choose carefully as products cannot be refunded because of change of mind or wrong decisions. We do offer store credit for returns within 7 days.

All of our furniture is handcrafted from recycled Teak or Boat wood, as we state on our labelling, whilst we take great care in our products there may be imperfections in the wood. The piece may have some subtle splitting, cracking or chipping. This look adds to the antique look, which is part of the charm & appeal of this hand crafted, plantation re-cycled timber.

All special orders have to pay a non-refundable deposit & we will have your stock on our next container. Final payment must be made within 7 days of us informing you that your order has arrived. If payment is not made within the 7 days all monies paid will be forfeited & the item will be returned to stock

We will keep in contact with you regarding your order & let you know when the container has landed. Your stock is to be picked up from our warehouse or we can arrange delivery at an extra cost.

If for some reason we are unable to fill your order we will advise & all monies paid will be refunded.

Customer orders must be collected within 7 days from being notified. Either customer pickup or we can arrange delivery at a cost quoted by our delivery contractor.

Customer pickup must arrive with sufficient help to lift the piece, or we will have to arrange for delivery.

Delivery contractors do not un-crate or assemble your pieces, nor do they install water features. We will ask you about the access to your property, which will also determine the price of delivery. If access information is incorrect & it is not accessible the driver will leave your piece at the front of your property.

Any information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

Subscribe to our mailing list membership, to be alerted of new products or any sales on offer.

We keep your information confidential & will not disclose your information to any other parties. It will not be sold, exchanged or transferred to any other company. Your information will only be used for the purpose of subscribing to our membership or delivering the purchased goods or service requested.

By using our website, you consent to our privacy policy. If we decide to make changes to our privacy policy, we will post changes on this page.

Courier Service:

Our online products will be posted within 48 hours of ordering unless on backorder or special order.

We use a combination of Australia Post and Courier services depending on product & location.

If we make an offer of a free product then shipping to you is to be paid by you.

Online purchases from us to you require a flat shipping charge of $15 (National Capital Cities & under 10k weight). If the product is over 10k you will get a message to contact us to arrange freight at an additional cost to be quoted.
